Shadow boxing (Tai Chi Chuan), a traditional exercise integrated with Chinese kungfu stressing health, fitness and self-defense, is nothing new to Paul Ng. He started to practice it in 1966. Since 1976, Paul Ng has been interested in Qigong and found ways to release tension in this breathing exercise combined with meditation. He realized there is so much in common between Qigong and geomancy. Now he has more than 93 students learning his own creation of Qigong.
